According to the Ministry of Health, there are 97,110 infected, 5,984 deaths with a positive prognosis and 3,545 deaths with suspicion of carrying the virus.
Regarding the situation of those infected who are hospitalized, 920 stable patients and 348 with a reserved prognosis are reported. There are 920 stable hospitalized patients. 66,099 recovered patients.
Pichincha is the province most affected with 19,057 infections. On Tuesday, it surpassed Guayas, the province most affected at the beginning of the pandemic where there are 17,993 infected. On the other hand, the capital reports 17,232 confirmed cases. (C.D.A.)
