The citizen was walking with a mask and when he reached the area where the taxis are parked he fell to the ground, blood came out of his ears, witnesses said.
ECU 911 reported that an alert was received through a call that a senior citizen had fainted at the site at approximately 11:30 AM. Then the relief teams, who arrived at the scene, confirmed his death.
A photo of a person also lying on the floor was released a day before on social networks. The Santo Domingo Government clarified that he was a victim of a traffic accident who was injured after being hit by a vehicle. (C.D.A.)
